Origin

Always looking for new oenologistic experiences, in 2011 Jean-Luc Thunevin started to grow almost 1 hectare of Chardonnay on a clayey limstone plot, with a South East exposition and neighbouring the plots dedicated to the production of the white versions of Chateau Valandraud and Virginie de Valandraud (made from traditionnal Bordeaux grape white varieties).

Taste

Bad Boy Chardonnay has a crisp lime flower, pear and nectarine-scented bouquet that is fresh and generous. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity, some fatness emerging on the finish, the saline streak leading you back to take another sip. Simple yet charming.
