Origin
The idea of calling this cuvée "Bad Boy" came from a nickname that Robert Parker gave to Jean–Luc Thunevin. The American critic regularly called Jean-Luc Thunevin "Bordeaux’s black sheep" or "Saint Emilion’s Bad Boy", because of his audacity.
“Baby Bad Boy“ was born in 2011. It is like the second wine of the famous “Bad Boy” cuvee.
Thunevin
Located in Saint Emilion, Jean-Luc Thunevin and his wife Murielle Andraud creates the world famous Château Valandraud and also runs a successful wine négociant business.
Jean-Luc also goes under the nick name "the Bad Boy of Bordeaux" for is unconventional but yet successful style of Bordeaux wine.
