The Purity flagship vodka, Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve, is an organic vodka of unparalleled smoothness and flavor. The combination of organic barley and winter wheat, slowly distilled 51 times, is then blended with unique soft water to create an unforgettable vodka.
Purity distillery use a custom-built copper still specifically designed for small-batch distillation with the aim of maintaining flavors and aromas unlike neutral vodka produced through continuous distillation.
Notes
Hints of lemon and vanilla on the nose, fresh baked bread. Taste is citrusy, slightly peppery with tones of vanilla. Smooth and no harshness.
Connoisseur 51 is the pinnacle of our distilling expertise. By maximizing copper contact in our custom still for over 20 hours – and distilling each batch 51 times – something magical happens.
All the layers of flavor from our organic ingredients come to life. And the spirit is smoother than any other vodka available. I am very proud of the Connoisseur 51 Reserve and its my personal favorite.
